About deferred payment
GMO Payment Service Co., Ltd. will send you an invoice on our behalf. If the payment deadline is missed, a re-issuance fee will be charged for each subsequent invoice.
Depending on the credit check results, you may not be able to use this service.
In that case, you will need to change to another payment method.
Payment deadline
Credit Card: This varies depending on your credit card's billing cycle and contract details.
Cash on Delivery: Payment is made in cash upon receipt of the goods.
Prepayment: Payment is made by bank transfer to the designated account within the deadline specified in the email sent after your order.
Product delivery time
Orders will be shipped within 2-8 business days after order or payment confirmation.
Depending on the time of order and region, it may take anywhere from the next day to 8 days.
For urgent orders, we recommend paying by credit card, cash on delivery, or PayPay.
*For bank transfers and postal money orders, shipping will only occur after payment confirmation. Thank you for your understanding.
Granting and using Smile (points)
Our online store awards 1% of the product price (excluding tax) as Smiles for every 100 yen
spent. Smiles can be used in increments of 5,000.
Orders with less than 5,000 Smiles may be canceled.
Smiles are valid for one year from the date of the last purchase.
Smiles will expire after the expiration date.
If misuse of Smiles is discovered, we may revoke the Smiles or suspend the account.

Please purchase the desired item again from our ONLINE STORE and return the item you currently have.
If you wish to exchange an item due to a defect, please contact us in advance via the inquiry form.

For returns due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (a flat rate of 700 yen).
The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
For refunds due to our reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by us. (Domestic returns only)
How to return an item
  1. Please send the returned item along with the delivery slip that was included with the product.
    (We may not be able to accept returns if the delivery slip is not included.)
  2. Once the item arrives at our store, we will refund the product price minus the return shipping fee, plus consumption tax.

Return and exchange period
The return and exchange period is within one week of receiving the product.
Cases where returns are not accepted
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
  1. Sale items (Please contact us if you receive a defective product.)
  2. If you have lost the price tag
  3. Used products and products deemed unsaleable (according to our standards) (e.g., perfume odor, cosmetic residue, snags, product damage/stains, packaging)
  4. Products without tags or other accessories, etc.
  5. Products that have been altered by the customer (e.g., hemming)
  6. Innerwear and socks
  7. Products purchased at stores other than the 45R ONLINE STORE (Returns and exchanges of products purchased at the 45R ONLINE STORE cannot be made at physical stores.)
  8. If a product comes in a box, such as shoes, and the shipping label is attached directly to the box upon return,
Regarding refunds
If your payment method is cash on delivery, postal money order, bank transfer, or deferred payment, we will refund you via bank transfer after receiving the returned item.
Please provide your account information (bank name, branch name, account type, account number, and account holder name).
If your payment method is credit card or Amazon Pay, we will process the refund through your credit card company after receiving the returned item.
Depending on your credit card company, the charge may be processed on the billing cycle and then refunded the following month.
If you have any questions about the refund amount listed on your statement, please contact your credit card company.
*Please note that it may take approximately one week after receiving the returned item for the refund to be processed.
*We cannot accept compensation for damages exceeding the product price, shipping costs, and cash-on-delivery fees.

If your payment method is PayPay, we will refund you by canceling
the charge. Please note that if an error occurs, we may change the refund method to "bank transfer".
