As a first pair of denim, this is one we hope you will pick up: a regular straight style named Sorahikohime, modeled after vintage denim.

The tweed denim holds the richness of deepening autumn, with colors full of warmth and character. It is woven with care, using warp threads of shadow-toned indigo alongside weft threads of top-dyed Australian cotton, slowly and attentively brought together.

Tweedy grays and browns resonate with the shadow tones, resulting in a finish that is both profound and layered. The stitching was done with honesty and precision, so that details appear as “rounded dots” rather than lines—an expression of Japanese craftsmanship that lies at the heart of 45R.
