The store location that will send you the items may be changed according to your shipping address and the available inventory in each store. Returns and exchanges must be received at the store where the item is originated from within 7 business days from the date of delivery unless specified otherwise.
Items must be in their original condition (Unworn, unwashed, not tumble dried, not altered or tailored), and must be accompanied by the appropriate product tags and sales receipt.
*Upon receipt of returned goods, 45r Online Store has the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements.
Please send the package back pre-paid, via traceable carrier and insure for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back. We are not responsible for any missing packages. The customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping on exchanges.
We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be refunded.
We will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to 2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
This online return policy only applies to items purchased through our website and not to other purchases (in-store, email order, phone order).

We wish to draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 16, you must let your parent or guardian know about 45r’s Privacy Policy before you begin shopping with us. We reserve the right to accept orders from those over 18’s only. We may modify the T&C from time to time and reserve the right to do so without notice. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law. You are obliged to agree with our T&C before an order can be placed.
PAYMENT
We only accept the payment options available at checkout.
Under no circumstance will we accept cheques or any other payment methods.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you complete the order process and receive a confirmation from us. We offer products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our store.
COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURE
If you have any grievances in connection with a product and/or about any other aspects of our service, you can submit a complaint by email (see the contact details at the bottom of these Terms & Conditions). We will respond to the complaint as soon as possible and in any case within 5 days after having received it.
