Merchandise purchased at full price may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 business days from the date of in-store purchase or the delivery date for orders placed via email, text, or phone. Refunds are not offered.
Please note that all exchanged merchandise is considered final sale.
Store credit is valid for one year from the date of return and may be used at any 45R retail location in the United States. All items must be returned to the same location where the purchase was originally made.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, not tumble-dried, and not altered or tailored) and must include all original product tags and the sales receipt.
45R is not responsible for merchandise that has not been cared for according to the washing instructions provided on the garment label. Additionally, 45R is not responsible for staining caused by indigo-dyed products, including stains that may occur on other garments, objects, or surfaces that come into contact with indigo-dyed or plant-dyed merchandise.
Upon receipt of returned items, 45R reserves the right to deny a return or store credit if the merchandise does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
If returning merchandise by mail, please send the package prepaid using a traceable shipping carrier and insure it for the full value of the merchandise. 45R is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Exchanges cannot be processed until the original merchandise has been received.
Store credit will be issued for the item price and applicable sales tax, excluding original shipping charges. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is the result of our error or damaged merchandise.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
We wish to draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 16, you must let your parent or guardian know about 45r’s Privacy Policy before you begin shopping with us. We reserve the right to accept orders from those over 18’s only. We may modify the T&C from time to time and reserve the right to do so without notice. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law. You are obliged to agree with our T&C before an order can be placed.
PAYMENT
We only accept the payment options available at checkout.
Under no circumstance will we accept cheques or any other payment methods.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you complete the order process and receive a confirmation from us. We offer products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our store.
COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURE
If you have any grievances in connection with a product and/or about any other aspects of our service, you can submit a complaint by email (see the contact details at the bottom of these Terms & Conditions). We will respond to the complaint as soon as possible and in any case within 5 days after having received it.
